Hello, what country are you selling your tutorial from? IS it a law that you must charge sales tax? I was going to take advantage of your summer sale but saw I was going to pay sales tax (6.38 EUR = 8.99669 USD ) and also the curent exchange rate Paypal is trying to charge is not correct. (current rate 1.00 USD = 0.709150 EUR) Paypal (1 U.S. Dollar = 0.691578 Euros) Thanks for your time.

I sell my tutorials from the Netherlands. It's quite a complex situation, but indeed I have to charge sales tax which is 19%. I calculated this into the price, so the 39,95 is including the sales tax.

As for paypals exchange rates, they are indeed not always accurate for some reason. I guess there is a delay in their update time or something like that?
